Additional duties: G.C is in the editorial board of the Biomedical Optical Engineering (IEEE) and of the Cell Biology and Biophysics journals and PLOSONE; G.C. has been in organizing committee of congresses (Focus on Microscopy, Genova 2003; EBSA congress 2009, Genova) and national and international schools and workshops; G.C is in the teaching committee of the Doctorate School of the University of Milano Bicocca. G.C. acts as a referee for international journals such as Nature Photonics, Biophys.J., J.Chem.Phys., ChemPhysChem, Biophys.Chem.
